Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Lulu iOS app.
By downloading or using Lulu, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls where required.
The service
Lulu provides original ambient audio and tools for sleep routines, relaxation, focus, and meditation, including a changing content catalog, background playback, favorites, saved mixes and routines, a sleep timer, an optional local Sleep Journal, and read-only sleep insights from Apple Health when you choose to connect it.
Sleep Journal ratings are your own reflections. Apple Health measurements are supplied by Apple Health and compatible devices; Lulu does not independently detect sleep or infer sleep stages. Lulu is intended for general wellness and entertainment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and does not guarantee any health or sleep outcome. Seek qualified professional advice for medical concerns.
Subscriptions
Some content and features require an auto-renewable Lulu Premium subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase.
- The price and billing period shown by the App Store at purchase are controlling.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
- Any trial or introductory offer is subject to the eligibility and terms displayed by Apple.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms and the Standard EULA, Lulu grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and access its audio for private, non-commercial listening.
You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, extract, copy, sublicense, reverse engineer, share signed content links or access tokens, bypass access controls, or use Lulu audio or app assets to train another system except where applicable law expressly permits it. Offline access is for playback inside Lulu and may stop working when an entitlement ends.
Availability and changes
Lulu requires an internet connection to refresh the catalog, verify some premium access, and initially stream or download remote content. Previously cached or bundled content may remain available offline. Network, Apple, or cloud service interruptions can temporarily affect remote content.
We may add, replace, or remove content and may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Premium provides access to the catalog and features available during the subscription period, including newly released content where offered; it is not a purchase of ownership in any individual recording. We aim to keep subscription access functional but do not promise that every individual track will remain available forever.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lulu is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Questions can be sent to hoangsondev@gmail.com.
