How do I restore Lulu Premium?

Open Lulu, open the Premium screen, and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iOS Settings, select your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, select Lulu, and follow Apple's cancellation options.

Why did audio stop?

Check the Lulu sleep timer, device volume, audio route, and whether another app or phone call interrupted playback. Reopen the track and press Play.

How do I remove local data?

Remove downloads in Lulu where available. Deleting Lulu from your device removes its local preferences, favorites, listening history, and downloaded files.
